Travel Fees

Travel within 15 miles: INCLUDED

16–30 miles: +$20

31–45 miles: +$40

Please note: Base service fees cover collection and travel within 15 miles. Additional travel fees apply beyond 15 miles. Laboratory testing fees, if applicable, are separate and may be billed by the laboratory or ordering provider.

Booking Deposit

A $25 deposit is required to reserve your appointment.

The deposit will be applied toward your total Cuter Sticks service fee.

Cancellation & Deposit Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in the deposit being non-refundable.

If Cuter Sticks must cancel or reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment or refunded.
